I think first thing, go after the funders. Pritzker, Hoffman, bezos ex, jobs widow, etc, by way of Tides foundation etc. A lot of these antifa would starve without it.

Most of those big donors rely on government contracts for a good-sized chunk of their income. Start dropping those contracts, or treating their firms and funds to death by bureaucracy, and you'd see a significant drop in those donations.
